Irkut and Red Wings airline signed an agreement on the configuration MC-21-300 aircraft

Irkut Corporation and Red Wings airline during Eurasia Airshow in Turkey signed an agreement on the configuration of the aircraft MC-21-300 for operation in the airline.

The agreement on the technical appearance (configuration) of the MC-21 aircraft was signed by CEO of Red Wings Evgeny Klyucharev, and senior Vice President of Irkut Corporation Alexander Rubtsov.

According to Eugene Klyucharev, aircraft deliveries should begin in 2020. Gradually, the MC-21 aircraft will have to replace the entire current fleet of the airline.

Recall, the Red Wings airline signed a contract for the supply of 16 MC-21 aircraft at the MAKS-2017 air show.
