Aurora Airlines, being a subsidiary of Aeroflot, has been awarded with the famous Business Premium of the Primorskiy Region as “Company of the Year 2017”. The ceremony of Business Premium XIV was held on 18th April, 2018 in Vladivostok City.
Earlier Aurora Airlines was awarded with the Business Premium three times in 2014, 2015 & 2016 as Social Benefits Business. This year Aurora Airlines became the winner of the famous Business Premium of the Primorskiy Region.
The Business Premium of the Primorskiy Region was initiated in 2004 by Administration of the Primorskiy Region and “Zolotoy Rog” Publishing Company. The Premium is annual, public and open. The winners were defined by several steps, including the assessment of Premium Expert Group and open, online-voting held among Primorskiy Region citizens.
Aurora Airlines was recognized as “Company of the Year 2017” by experts due to its active development of intraregional flights in the Primorskiy Region in 2017 and due to its stable social activities. The idea of Aurora was to provide transportation in the Far Eastern Region of Russia. Aurora successfully develops its network of flights with socially acceptable fare. Aurora’s flight network takes into account the transport demands of the citizens of the Far Eastern Region and provides regular transportation in the Primorskiy Region. 
In 2017, Aurora Airlines transported in the Primorskiy Region 36,216 passengers which is 43 % more than in 2016. In 2017, Aurora purchased the third aircraft of DHC-6 series and opened its flight Dalnerechensk – Vostok and flight Dalnerechensk - Khabarovsk.
