S7 Airlines to launch scheduled flights from Moscow to Samarkand

S7 Airlines, a oneworld^® global airline alliance member, commences flights from Moscow to Samarkand starting 30 April 2018. Tickets are available now.

Direct scheduled flights of S7 Airlines from Domodedovo Airport to Samarkand will be carried out on Mondays. Flights will depart from Moscow at 21:35 and arrive in Samarkand at 03:35 local time the next day. Return flights will depart from Samarkand at 05:05 on Tuesdays and arrive in Moscow at 07:20. The flights will be carried out on modern and comfortable Airbus A320 aircraft.

“More and more often travellers choose former Soviet Republics, including Uzbekistan, as unusual destinations for their sightseeing tours. Being one of the oldest cities in the world, Samarkand will be of interest to passengers from Moscow. Its preserved architectural monuments of the XV century has put it on the UNESCO World Heritage list,” notes Igor Veretennikov, the Commerce Director of S7 Group.

Flights to Moscow are in high demand among the residents of Samarkand. The new direct scheduled flight will be in demand not only for business trips but also for personal trips giving the opportunity to visit relatives and friends. At the same time, passengers will be able to appreciate the convenience of connecting flights to the other cities of the S7 Airlines route network when the entire trip is booked as a single ticket and the baggage is checked straight to the point of the final destination.
