On March 7, units of the Southern Military District have launched the first stage of the Aviadarts 2018 contest.

More than 100 crews of attack, tactical, and army aviation of the Southern military district are taking part in the contest.

Su-25SM, Su-34, Su-24, MiG-29, Su-30SM, Ka-52, Mi-28, Mi-35M, and Mi-8AMTSh aircraft are involved in the competitions.
