Rossiya Airlines and a non-commercial association of software developers RUSSOFT signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement is a part of the airline’s innovative development and includes a wide range of potential directions for mutually effective cooperation that are aimed at developing and implementing the latest products, which meet the current requirements of aviation business digital transformation. 

The main priorities of the airline, according to the programme of innovative development, which is developed for the period up to 2025, are the search, development and adaptation of relevant and modern solutions that contribute to the sustainable development of all activities of Rossiya as a unified balanced system and to quality progress at all levels of operations. 

One of the main routes of Rossiya Airlines’ development is the priority of quality performance indicators and the achievement of a synergetic effect based on computerization and automation of business processes. 

Currently, the RUSSOFT Association unifies more than 130 leading software developers, including those interacting with major Russian and international aviation brands. Member companies of RUSSOFT are absolute leaders in the implementation of CMMI / ISO in Europe. This is confirmed by long-term relationships with partners and customers, including companies such as IBM, Boeing, SAP, Procter & Gamble, CSC and others. 

The agreement of Rossiya and RUSSOFT is a part of the policy in the field of advanced innovations introduction pursued by the airline. System interaction with the coordinating organizations of the Innovative Territorial Cluster «Development of Information Technologies, Radio electronics, Instrumentation, Communications and Telecommunications of Saint-Petersburg», one of the residents of which is the RUSSOFT Association, will become an essential factor in increasing the effectiveness of this policy implementation. 

The key areas of the airline's cooperation with the Cluster are the formation and the expert study of proposals for the application of the most effective and advanced technologies in Rossiya, as well as results of applied research and development in order to innovate the airline's operations and integrate the key principles of the digital economy, improve the competitiveness and the quality of services. 
Rossiya Airlines will provide expert support and assistance to the Cluster members in selecting the best technological solutions and conducting advanced research for the domestic aviation industry, and also attract them as technology partners for development projects.
