The co-owner of the Russian charter airline IFly is the structure of the Chinese company - LLC "Silk Road", writes by Interfax.

LLC "Silk Road" received 9% of the authorized capital of LLC "I Fly" (legal name IFly). Amendments were made on March 20, 2018.

According to data, LLC "Silk Road" is the "daughter" of the registered in Hong Kong Joy Tour Global Limited. The company itself was registered in Moscow in December 2017. It is headed by a citizen of Hong Kong. The main activity is "passenger transportation by road means for sightseeing."

Prior to this, IFly was 100% owned by the commercial director of the tour company Tez Tour, Alexander Burton.
