The Pacific Fleet Naval Air Force pilots are continuing to improve their pilotage skills in difficult weather conditions in Kamchatka.
The Il-38N ASW aircraft have practised searching for and tracking the mock enemy’s submarine in heavy snowfall in Kamchatka.
The PF pilots took off and landed under low clouds and poor visibility, performed flights over the sea, flying by numbers, as well as go-around flight manoeuvre and landing on a short runaway.
In total, three anti-submarine aircraft of the Pacific Fleet Naval Air Force were involved in the drills.
