Spacecraft Soyuz МS-06 crew returns to the Earth

The crewmembers of manned spacecraft Soyuz MS-06 successfully returned to the Earth. On February 28, 2018 at 05:31 MT the descent module carrying ROSCOSMOS cosmonaut Alexander MISURKIN and NASA astronauts Joseph ACABA and Mark VANDE HEI landed in the Kazakh steppe. All re-entry and landing operations went normally. The health status of the returned crewmembers is good.

The on-orbit duration of mission for Alexander MISURKIN, Joseph ACABA and Mark VANDE HEI is 168 days. During their stay on the International Space Station, the crew performed a program of applied scientific research and experiments under the long-duration ISS-53 and ISS-54 Expeditions, maintained the ISS functional capability and outfitted it with equipment delivered by logistics vehicles.
