From the beginning of this year, Aurora Airlines, being a subsidiary of Aeroflot, has transported two-millionth passenger of Khabarovsk (Novy) International Airport.

The jubilee passenger became Artem Kochurovsky, who traveled on the Airline’s flight SU 5628 from Khabarovsk to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. He was organized a solemn reception during the check-in for the flight.

Director of the Khabarovsk branch of JSC "Aurora Airlines", Sergei Timoshenko, and Deputy Executive Director for Commerce of JSC "Khabarovsk Airport", Nikolay Ilyin, warmly congratulated the two-millionth passenger.

In a solemn ceremony Artem Kochurovsky received from the Airline's management a memorable gift - an exclusive model of the Airbus A319 aircraft, on which he flew to Sakhalin, and from a representative of the Airport - a certificate for five times free service in the business lounge of the Airport. "Aurora" has also provided to the two-millionth passenger a flight in a business class.

It is worth noting, that JSC "Aurora Airlines" and JSC "Khabarovsk Airport" have done a lot of joint work for improvement of passengers service quality, baggage transportation and development of route network. They have implemented a joint project to create a transfer zone in the terminal of domestic routes of the Khabarovsk Airport, specifically dedicated for those Aurora's passengers, whose connection between flights is up to two hours.

From June 1st of this year, Aurora started to perform daily flights from Khabarovsk to Nikolayevsk-on-Amur (and back). The flight schedule on this route is planned in such a way as to provide convenient connections with the flights of the Aeroflot Group at the Khabarovsk Airport: on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays - with flights from Moscow, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with flights to Moscow.
