Ural Airlines has taken delivery of one more Airbus A321 under an operational lease contract, the air carrier informed.
New aircraft with registration code VQ-BGX has became the 47th liner in the fleet of Ural airlines. The cabin contains 220 economy class seats. The new Airbus A321 airliner is expected to be used on both international and domestic routes. The first regular flight will be carried out from Yekaterinburg to Tbilisi.
Ural Airlines is one of Russia's five major airline carriers in terms of traffic operating flights to over 200 destinations. The company's fleet consists of Airbus airliners.
In January-November 2018, Ural Airlines transported 8.421 million passengers, which is 13% above the result achieved for the same period in 2017.
