The first test flight of the upgraded Tu-22M3M long-range missile carrier bomber will take place at the end of December this year, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexei Krivoruchko said at Thuesday by visiting the Kazan Aviation Enterprise named S. P. Gorbunov.
"We saw the main thing we wanted to inspect - the creation of the Tu-22M3M. The plane is almost ready to fly. The first flight will be made before the end of the year. We are happy with the result, " Alexey Krivoruchko told reporters.
