S7 Space obtained the license for space hardware development

S7 Space Transportation Systems LLC obtained the license for space activity related to development and modernization of launch vehicles and other space transportation hardware including their components and parts.

The company is currently working on development of the commercial launch vehicle with reusable elements.

This task is being solved by the team of S7 Space engineers under the leadership of Deputy director and the Chief designer of space transportation hardware, Igor Sergeyevich Radugin.

This is the 200th aircraft of this type produced by the United Aircraft Corporation and the first SSJ leased to the airline from PSB Leasing. The term of the contract is 20 years.
