In the Khabarovsk region, a tactical flight exercise with practical bombing took place at a specialized test range with crews of a bomber aircraft of a mixed air formation of the Eastern Military District.

 During the flight tactical exercise, the Su-34 newest bombers and Su-24M short-range bombers delivered a bomb strike at targets imitating infrastructure of simulated illegal armed formation, in a particular a field camp and equipment.

During the flight missions personnel trained group piloting, long-range flight to the the assigned area.

Crews practised air navigation, cruising flight, evading maneuvers.

They made more than 10 sorties.
