The crews of the Swifts Russian aerobatic team performed first demonstration flights as part of the international Iran Air Show 2018.

The pilots of the Russian Aerospace Forces worked out their performance programme of independent aerobatics in the afterburner mode of the engines and a programme of group aerobatics as part of six crews with maneuvers arrow, envelope, star and many others. In addition, the most complex and spectacular elements will be performed, including the group Nesterov’s loop, hook loop, synchronous barrel roll, mirror, bell and break up.

Flights was made at altitudes of 100-1,500 metres and at speeds 400-850 km/h. 

During the Iran Air Show 2018 the crews of the Swifts Russian aerobatic team will make two other aerobatic performances.
