Russia is interested in supplying MC-21 and SSJ-100 passenger jets and Mi-172, Mi-171A2 and Ansat helicopters to Indonesia, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said on Friday at the meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation.

"This is related to broadening interaction in the aviation industry. I mean not merely supplies of modern Russian airliners, MC-21 plane in particular, to your country, but also development of cooperation with use of competencies of local companies. Further to aircraft, Russia is ready to supply Mi-172 and Mi-171A2 helicopters that established themselves on the international market and new lightweight Ansat helicopters," Manturov said.

An offer was also made to Indonesian partners regarding joint implementation of projects on air traffic control systems installation in airports, the official said. "In particular, the Russian company Azimuth repeatedly stated readiness to build up such partnership," the Minister added.
