The crew of "Soyuz", unsuccessfully launched Thursday from the Baikonur cosmodrome, independently made the decision on the separation of the capsule from the rocket, said the Chairman of the Committee for emergency situations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Vladimir Bekker. It reported by RIA Novosti.
