All Russian manned launches suspended after 'Soyuz' accident

Manned launch at December to the ISS on a Soyuz-FG rocket carrier can be postponed indefinitely, told RIA Novosti source at Baikonur.

Earlier, the source reported that the program of manned and cargo launches to the ISS after the Soyuz accident will be revised.
