Ural Airlines has achieved the record one million flight hours on Airbus beginning from the first flight on Airbus in 2006. During this period the airline has performed over three hundred thousand flights, carried over 40 million passengers and hundreds of new routes, connecting different cities and countries, were launched.

We started to operate the Airbus aircrafts in November of 2006. The first flight by Airbus A320 was en-route Ekaterinburg – Moscow. Today our fleet consists of 43 aircrafts of Airbus family (23 A320, 13 A321 and 7 A319). The airline plans to enhance the number of Airbuses up to 50 by 2018.

Last year Ural Airlines became the leader among Russian airlines by average daily flight hours on A320, according to the information of Airbus Company. The average index of flight hours per day is 11,49, which emphasizes the high efficiency of the aircraft fleet.

The distinctive features of Aircrafts of the Airbus A320 family are fuel efficiency and a high level of passenger comfort. All aircraft of this type have a unified piloting skill and maintenance requirements, i.e. identical pilot cabins and aircraft operation, which helps to cut down operational expenses even further.
