The An-26 transport aircraft of the WMD mixed transport air regiment stationed in the Leningrad region have started practical bombing at the Kingisepp special training ground.
The An-26 aircraft can perform the tasks of easy bombers. For this, aircraft technicians attach special ejector racks on wing pylons and suspend OFAB-100 or P50-t air practice bomb. The sighting device is installed in the An-26 cockpit.
At night, targets are engaged from the altitudes of 500m to 900m by P-50T air practice bombs. This is one of the most difficult combat training tasks for military transport crews.
