Russian Emergencies Ministry’s jet carries out medevac of gravely ill patients from Moscow to Simferopol and from Simferopol and Moscow

The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s An-148 jet has carried out a medical evacuation of 5 gravely ill patients from Moscow and Simferopol to Simferopol and Moscow.

The patients are in need of urgent highly-qualified and high-tech medical aid.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s jet is rigged with modern equipment and special medical modules, breathing apparatuses and cardiomonitors, allowing rendering medical aid to the patients during the flight.

Medical specialists from the Tsentrospas Team of the Emergencies Ministry and the Zashchita All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine of the Russian Health Ministry.

A patient from Moscow was delivered to Simferopol for specialized medical care to the Republic Child Clinic, then the jet proceeded to Moscow and delivered 4 patients for the specialized treatment to the Bakulev Cardiovascular Surgery Scientific Center, the Saint Vladimir Child Clinic and the Shumakov National Medical Research Center for Transplantology and Artificial Organs.
