September 21, 2017 Azimuth Airline performed the first flights on routes from Rostov-on-Don to Moscow, from Moscow to Omsk and back.
The plane went to the Moscow Vnukovo airport with 100% payload.
Upon arrival at Moscow's Vnukovo airport, the plane, according to the already established tradition of meeting the first flight, was greeted with a water arch.
Flights to Moscow will be daily. Departure from Rostov-on-Don - 07:30, departure from Vnukovo - 21:50. The flight time is 1 hour and 50 minutes.
The general route network of the Azimuth Airline is represented by five directions: from October 10 daily flights to St. Petersburg start, from October 22 - to Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk (twice a week), from October 31 - to Samara (twice a week).
All flights will be operated by Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft. Azimuth is now operating four SSJ100.
The Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft with the convertible layout of the passenger cabin for 100 seats carried out the flight. Currently the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) and Azimuth are implementing the leasing agreement for eight Sukhoi Superjet 100 which are to be delivered from 2017 till 2018. The aircraft are delivered with the layout for 100 and 103 seats. The peculiarity of the 100-seat cabin is the technical opportunity to convert the layout so that it could be single-class for 100 seats or two-class for 93 seats depending on the actual needs of the airline.
