In course of a tactical exercise with participation of missile crews of the Eastern MD Air Defence units the S-300 air defence system crews have performed combat firing at the Telemba special range in Buryatia.

Servicemen conducted about 10 combat launches, successfully hit targets of the Bekas and Armavir types, which simulated existing and prospective low-observable aerodynamic targets.

Su-30SM fighter crews of the Eastern MD Air Force unit, located in the Khabarovsk Krai, which are involved in the exercise, successfully hit a few air targets of the Armavir type.

Besides, Pantsir-S AA missile and gun system crews conducted combat firing at air targets.
