Rostec intends to sell controlling stake in Technodinamika

The Rostec Corp. management board approved the sale of the controlling stake in Technodinamika to Dinamika Group as a private investor, Vedomosti informed.

In the nearest time this initiative will be considered at the sitting of the supervisory council and Russian government. Rostec keeps 94.92% in Technodinamika; remained stocks being held by the Russian property agency.

The stake can be acquired by one of the companies included into Dinamika Group or V.Grirogyev as a major holder. The deal is appraised to worth 15bn rub.

The intention of the government to attract investors to Technodinamika was announced by D.Manturov, minister of industry/trade in Aug. 2017.
