Eastern MD fighters practised flights in harsh weather conditions

In harsh climate conditions and at night pilots have practiced take-off, landing  at zero-zero conditions, training attacks on low-speed and ground targets, elimination of command posts, personnel and military vehicles of a simulated enemy, and conducted complex pilotage and combat maneuvering at extremely low, low and average attitudes.

Among mandatory elements of the combat trainings, which pilots practised, there were the imitation of an air combat and forcing an invading aircraft to land.

The main purpose of the exercise is to maintain pilots’ skills in different conditions. Special attention was paid to young servicemen training in harsh weather conditions.
