The first consignment of the Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopters is ready to enter operational service with the Russian Defence Ministry. This was announced by the Russian Helicopters CEO Andrey Boginsky.
The manufacturing of the helicopters is strictly in compliance with the production schedule.
The Ka-52 is designed to defeat armored and nonarmored hardware, personnel and air targets on the battlefield.
This year it is planned to supply several Alligator consignments more that now are completing the manufacturing and test stages.
