Ural Airlines solemnly launch the first Zhukovsky – Tbilisi flight

The Russia’sZhukovsky International Airport and Ural Airlines report on the expansion of cooperation and the launch of regular flights en route Zhukovsky – Tbilisi, Georgia – Zhukovsky. The solemn ceremony devoted to launching the new air route took place on August 7, 2017.

The passengers departing to Tbilisi expected a pleasant surprise in the Zhukovskiy terminal building, namely a solemn meeting, tea with a festive cake and treats for all participants of the event. The ceremony was attended by the first persons of the airport building and the airline management.

Commenting on launching the new air route, Thomas Vaishvila, Director General, RAMPORT AERO JSC, the management company of the Zhukovsky International Airport, stressed, “Ural Airlines is one of the oldest and most reliable our partners. Flights to the capital of Georgia are the sixth current operating destination for Ural Airlines from the Zhukovsky InternationalAirport. And I am sincerely glad that our partnership continues to develop successfully in full accordance with the original plan – providing passengers with the widest possible and affordable travel opportunities.”

Flights to the Georgian capital are carried out twice a week: on Mondays and Saturdays. Departure from Zhukovsky is at 03:30 pm Moscowtime, departure from Tbilisiis at 07:55 pm local time. The journey time is two hours and 35 minutes. The airline is served by comfortable A-321 liners. Tickets at the most affordable prices are available for purchase on the airline’s website.
