A conference titled “Topical issues of development and operation of unmanned aerial vehicle complexes” took place at the Army 2017 International Military Technical Forum. More than 100 people participated in the conference. Over 67 enterprises and organizations were presented.
In particular, an expert from China gave speech about the Wing Loong intelligence-strike UAV, which had been introduced into the Air Force of China.
The Wing Loong UAVs are capable to conduct reconnaissance operations and tracking a target as well as conducting strikes. They are armed with AG-300, CM-502, LS-6, and TL-2 bombs.
