The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Superjet-100 has taken a flight from Moscow to Antalya to deliver the gravely ill Russian citizen to Saint-Petersburg.
The patient is in need of urgent high-tech and higly-qualified medical aid.
The Emergencies Ministry’s plane is rigged with modern equipment and medical module, breathing apparatus and cardiomonitors that allow rendering medical aid during the flight.
Medical specialists from the Tsentrospas Team, the ZashchitaCenter for Disaster Medicine of the Russian Health Ministry and a psychologist from the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Center for Emergency Psychological Aid will accompany the patient in flight.
The ill man will be delivered to Nikiforov All-Russian Center for Emergency and Radiation Medicine in Saint-Petersburg.
