UTair Aviation Company shareholders decided to pass 2016 dividends

June 30 at the annual meeting of UTair Aviation Company the holders decided to pass the 2016-dividends, AK&M reported according the company info.

The new members of the supervisory council and auditing commission were elected; Ernst & Young being approved as an auditor. 

Now the Council includes representatives of Sberbank, Surgutneftegaz, Surgutenergosbyt, Khanty-Mansiysk reg. transport committee etc. A.Martirosov was appointed as CEO. 

UTair Aviation Company is a key company of the Group involving aviation entities, repair, staff and servicing divisions. 

The Company provides passenger carriages and is ranked as one of the largest air carriers in Russia. In IQ 2017 the passenger turnover moved up 21.2% to 1.48mln against prior year figures. 

The IH 2016 net losses (IAS) plunged 2.59 fold to 684.945mln rub. from 1.773bn rub. prior year; revenues being up 13.55% to 33.706bn rub. from 29.684bn rub.; operating profit dropped 43.74% to 1.702bn rub. from 3.026bn rub.; pretax losses being halved to 1.033bn rub. from 2.087bn rub.

The IQ 2017 (RAS) net losses were doubled to 2.954bn rub. from 1.395bn rub.; revenues being down 1.15% to 9.68bn rub. from 9.793bn rub.
