Military from Russia, Kazakhstan and Iran will exchange their experience during the “Drone Competition” international contest

Colonel Bolat Jurabaev, Chief Referee of the international stage of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Crews Competition, expressed confidence that the contest held in Kazakhstan would help colleagues to exchange their experience in operating the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

«The Armed Forces of Kazakhstan have recently started to use drones, and this is why we are interested in adopting the expertise of our colleagues, who have experience in counterterrorism operations», — said Colonel Bolat Jurabaev.

He noted that the programme was developed by the General Staff of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of all the reconnaissance capabilities of the drone systems and experience in special operations.

“Drone Competition” will be held 1 - 9 August in the Jambyl region. Teams from Russia, Kazakhstan and Iran will compete in the contest.
