Novikombank as a basic bank of Rostekh signed an agreement on cooperation with Shvabe Holding, the company informed.

Besides, the contracts with Joint Engine Corp., Pribor NPO, Aviacapital Service and defence-oriented entities were concluded (15 contracts).

Thus, Novikombank is ready to launch the 3-year credit line in the volume of 500mln rub. till 2020 to Uralsky Optic Mechanical Plant included into Schvabe. 

The raised funds are assumed to be spent to refill the current assets and to cover contracts.

Apart from the contract with Shvabe several other agreements were signed, in particular, with Aviacapital-Service ($3.8bn). 

Shvabe involves 64 basic optic-electronic entities in Russia. The Holding provides development of the optic systems and complexes, energy-saving equipment etc. The Company is included into Rostekh and Engineering Entities Union in Russia.
