Among the measures implemented by the Aeroflot Group with a view to constantly improve the existing material reward system, the management of Rossiya Airlines introduces a new financial incentives scheme for its flight crews in the form of lump-sum payments made upon hiring.

Aircraft first officers and pilots in command given employment at Rossiya Airlines will be entitled to get a lump-sum payment starting from RUR 500,000 for pilots in command and starting from RUR 250,000 for first officers. The exact payment amounts shall be determined on an individual basis.

That said, this lump-sum payment will not be made upon change of employment between the Aeroflot Group companies.

Additionally, there is an earlier order by the Rossiya Airlines management pursuant to which any employee on whose advice or recommendation a new pilot in command or first officer has joined the company is paid a bonus in amount of RUR 150,000 and RUR 100,000 respectively. The company has also adopted an effective social benefits scheme covering the voluntary medical insurance, privilege tickets from nearly 30 partner airlines for employees and their families, spa and resort treatment insurance, vacation insurance for employees’ children, etc.

Rossiya Airlines is a member of the Aeroflot Group, is based in St Petersburg and Moscow, with branch offices in Rostov and Orenburg. Rossiya is Russia’s second largest airline and the most popular and favored one in the country’s “northern capital”, being also the official airline of FC Zenith. The airline’s destination network during the summer season of 2017 will include more than 120 destinations. As of June 2017, Rossiya’s fleet included 31 Airbus А320 aircrafts, 13 Boeing 737, 6 Boeing 777 and 9 Boeing 747 aircrafts.
