Crews of the Russian Aerospace Forces finished preparation for the Aviadarts 2017 international contest

Aircrews of the Russian Aerospace Forces finished preparation for international stage of the Aviadarts 2017 contest.

Currently, aircrews and aircraft engaged in the contest are relocated to operational airfields for preparing for flight to the airfields of the People’s Republic of China. This contest will be held in this country for the first time.

About 40 crews of the Aerospace Forces will participate in the international stage of the Aviadarts 2017 competition. Moreover, reserve aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces will be temporary based in China.

Russian crews are represented in all eight categories by aircraft branches. They will use Su-35S, Su-30SM, Su-34, Su-25SM, Tu-22M3, IL-76 planes and Ka-52, Mi-28N and Mi-8AMTSh helicopters during the contest.
