Pilots of the joint Russian airbase of Kant took part in the exercise to search and destroy the imaginary bandit formation in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan.

Crews of the Su-25SM attack aircraft, manoeuvring above the mountainous terrain, reached the target area at the appointed time and struck out at it with 50-kilogram bombs.

Destruction of imaginary militants was completed by Mi-8 transport-and-combat helicopters that carried out air-to-surface missile launches against full-sized targets simulating disguised ground targets in the highlands.
