Using for these flights the military airfield Tsentralnaya Uglovaya near the city of Vladivostok, various-rank commanders and their subordinates are working out the most complex combat-training exercises, mutual actions with the groups controlling flights and flight support subunits.

Pilots are perform sophisticated aerobatics and combat manoeuvring at high, small and extremely low altitudes, flying over the sea, in the stratosphere and over the unoriented terrains. They are also fulfilling tasks of air defence and conducting modern manoeuvrable air combats.

Flights are being performed aboard MiG-31BM, Su-30M2 and Su-35S aircraft day and night, in various weather conditions.
