Koltsovo Airport decided to pay 2016-dividends

June 21 the annual meeting at Koltsovo Airport BOD was called, the company informed.

The holders affirmed the annual accounting and approved the 2016-dividends in the volume of 270mln rub. in total (647.4 rub./pcs).

The new BOD members were elected; Ernst & Young affirmed as an auditor.

Koltsovo International Airport (TIN 6608000446) is one of the largest airports in Russia. It is included into Regional Airport Holding. Renova Group is a strategic investor. Koltsovo Airport works in cooperation with 50 Russian and foreign aviation companies.

The IQ 2017 passenger turnover increased 21% to 940.4ths passengers which can be considered as record highs over the history.

The 2016 net profit moved down (RAS) 3.95% to 691.037mln rub. from 719.456mln rub.; revenues increased 3.15% to 4.564bn rub. from 4.425bn rub.; profit from sales - 2.96% to 1.451bn rub. from 1.41bn rub.; pretax profit - 4.52% to 1.006bn rub. from 962.443mln rub.

The IQ 2017 net profit rallied up 11.53 fold to 305.129mln rub. from 26.472mln rub.; revenues being up 13.23% to 1.052bn rub. from 929.203mln rub.
