The crews of fighter-interceptors MiG-31 practiced the skill of air combat in the sky over Kamchatka, and the waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Pilots learned to detect, intercept and engage in combat with aircraft of the conditional enemy. The flights took place in the framework of the plan of combat training in the summer training period.
In the air, the crews alternately practiced joint issues of intercepting aircraft of the "enemy" in the far distance at supersonic speeds and maximum height.
