Arbalet is the new parachute system of special forces of the Eastern military district.

This wing-type Arbalet parachute system is designed for airdrop mission

of paratroopers of special forces with a set of necessary weapons and equipment, and to perform training jumps from planes and helicopters.

In addition to its direct purpose, the parachute may be used as tents in course of the accelerated march after landing.
