A flight tactical exercise is held by the peacekeeping wing in the Western MD in the Leningrad Region.
The crews of Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters were alerted and redeployed on an operational airfield.
The crews will perform over 10 flight exercises, among them – escorting and coverage of humanitarian columns, landing on unprepared areas and evacuation as well as flying at extra-low altitudes.
The exercise is participated by 10 combat and transport helicopters.
