Russia and China establish Joint Venture to develop wide-body airliner

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) (MOEX: UNAC) and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (Comac) founded a joint venture for the development, manufacture, sale and post-sale servicing of a wide-body, long-range jet in March 2017, the Russian company said in a report.

The 50-50 joint venture is called China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Corporation Ltd (CRCAIC) and is registered in the Shanghai free trade zone, Interfax reported.
