Pilots of the groups used to operating Su-27 fighters. They have been performing aerobatics on Su-30SM multipurpose fighters since the end of 2016.
The Russian Knights participated in airshows of different scales in Great Britain, Canada, Slovakia, France, the United States, Malaysia, Poland, Belgium, Turkmenistan, China, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Finland, and Bahrain.
Moreover, the Russian aerobatic group is permanent participant of large-scale Russian and foreign aviation saloons and airshows.
