Crews of MiG-31 and MiG-31BM carried out training combats over the Peter the Great Gulf in the Primorsky Krai.
The piloting staff practiced detecting, intercepting and countering aviation of the simulated enemy. The flights were held in course of the flight tactic exercise. Crews of MiG-31 fighters of the Pacific Ocean Fleet took part in the exercise.
The pilots conducted about 30 sorties during one flight shift.
