The Minister of Defence of Kazakhstan Saken Zhasuzakov has reported on the state and development of AF during government hour in Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan has received five sets of the S-300 divisions which at the end of this year will put on alert from Russia. According to the minister, thus, the issue of system of objects of air defense will be almost resolved, BNews.kz reported.

"Today we can be at war both in the afternoon, and at night in identical conditions. Besides, we can make maneuvers on long distances. Forces of air defense have equipped with modern fighters, military transport planes. This year we gather additionally two complects and we almost finished completing. Not only assault helicopters, but also the fighting Mi-35 helicopters have begun to come to army aircraft. We have received four, four are coming, and till 2020 we plan to finish this process," the minister told. 

At the same time the head of department has emphasized that it is necessary to receive annually four planes of front aircraft.

"I would also like to note that we pay special attention to Astana and have now developed necessary forces and means here and we acquire new radar stations to pay attention to the low-flying purposes. Besides, I would like to pay attention to new system of unmanned aerial vehicles. Today we will systematically get, we have already bought both tactical, and operational UAVs. They were tested. And from the beginning of production here in Kazakhstan we, I think, will work on it," the minister noted.
