Georgian Airways has launched a direct flight from Kazan to Tbilisi on June 2, TASS reported on Monday the chairman of the State Tourism Committee of Tatarstan, Sergey Ivanov.

"This will be the first flight to Tbilisi from Kazan, did not fly earlier," he said.

According to the international airport of Kazan, departures will be carried out on Mondays and Fridays. The flight duration is 2 hours 40 minutes.
