Military pilots of the Southern MD have performed a 7,000-kilometer flight and destroyed targets at five unfamiliar ranges in the Western and Eastern Military Districts.
For the first time, the servicemen carried out attacks right after the long-range flight.
In total, the exercise involves about 1000 servicemen and over 350 units of military hardware including Su-30M2, Su-27SM3, Su-30SM and Su-34 aircraft, mi-8AMTSh “Terminator” and Mi-8MTRP-1 helicopters as well as SAM systems S-300PM and Pantsir-S.
