Crews of fighters and bombers of the Southern MD will carry out combat firing far away from their airfields

Formations of fighter, bomber, and transport aviation of the 4th Air Force and Air Defence army of the Southern military district will carry out large-scale exercise with combat firing at different ranges.

Crews of Su-34 bombers jointly with Su-27SM3 and Su-30SM will carry out flights at the distance of more than 6,000 kilometers with in-air refueling.

The final stage of the exercise will be held at the Telemba range in Buryatia. More than 250 pieces of armament and military hardware will be involved. More than 500 servicemen will take part in the final stage of the exercise.
