Crews of Mi-28N, Ka-52, Mi-8AMTSh and Mi-35 of the Southern MD aviation regiment carried out special mission in mountainous areas.

The pilots practiced covering assault units, escorting hardware columns, transporting and dropping a tactic airborne group, and delivering munitions in mountainous areas.

About 40 servicemen and more than 10 helicopters of the Southern MD army aviation were involved in the training flights.
