Aeroflot to compensate passengers for flights delayed on 1 December

 Aeroflot is offering compensation to passengers whose flights were delayed by more than four hours as a result of severe weather conditions at Sheremetyevo International Airport on 1 December.

All passengers booked on flights SU212 (Moscow to Hong Kong), SU2192 (Amsterdam), SU274 (Phuket), SU 2016 (Prague), SU2316 (Berlin) and SU1702 (Vladivostok) on 1 December, including passengers who decided not to travel, will be offered compensation in cash or as Aeroflot Bonus miles towards the cost of future reservations as follows:

  • Economy class RUB 5,000 or 10,000 miles;

  • Business class – RUB 10,000 or 20,000 miles.

    Compensation can be claimed until 28 February 2018, inclusive, in person at Aeroflot sales offices worldwide (http://www.aeroflot.com/gb-en/offices).
