In course of scheduled combat training, Su-24 short-range bombers of Baltic Fleet Air Force carried out bombing at surface targets in isolated naval training zones.
The pilots flew into the assigned naval zone to reconnoitre surface situation and practised training attacks at ship-targets.
Besides air strikes, pilots trained complicated stunts: vertical, horizontal and skewed loops, combat maneuvers and counter air defence means.
The training involved a flight of Su-24.
