Su-34 crews of the Western MD aviation regiment located in the Voronezh region practiced detecting and eliminating mock enemy’s air defence systems in the Astrakhan region.
The piloting crews flew over 1,000 kilometers, accomplished assigned tasks, and practised preventing strikes in response of the mock enemy.
About 10 Su-34 bombers and over 300 troops were involved in the training.
